The Baito is located in Coletta, along the road that leads to Erbezzo, around 1.5 km from the centre of the town of Bosco Chiesanuova. It is a rectangular construction dating from 1729, once used for the processing of milk. Of particular interest is the interior, which contains original utensils used to produce butter and cheese. In summer it is used for workshops such as 'Be a cheesemaker for a day', where guests can have fun making a cheese mould.
